What You'll Need (Non-Negotiable)
* Hard landscaping skills - patios, retaining walls, timber structures, groundworks, turfing
* Leadership mentality - lead from the front, not from the van
* Organisation - plan, keep jobs on track, and hit deadlines
* Communication - with clients, management, and your team
* Pride & standards - you don't cut corners, and you won't let your team do it either
* Full UK driving licence

What You'll Be Doing
* Running domestic landscaping projects from start to finish
* Leading and developing a small, skilled team
* Planning, problem-solving, and keeping sites moving smoothly
* Staying hands-on paving, building, installing, creating
