Role Overview:
We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Machine Operators to join our expanding team. This role involves working 12-hour shifts in a rotating pattern of 3 days on, 3 days off, 3 nights on, and 3 nights off. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining our advanced machinery, ensuring seamless and efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
" Operate and monitor machinery to maintain efficient production levels.
" Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues to reduce downtime.
" Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
" Accurately record production data and complete necessary documentation.
" Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
" Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
" Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
" Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including the rotating pattern of days and nights.
" High attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
" Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
