What You'll Do:
As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our customers and keeping our reusable packaging systems running at peak performance. You will:
-Provide technical service and support to Tosca customers, both on-site and remotely.
-Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, systems, and packaging solutions.
-Partner with customers and internal teams to implement process improvements.
-Document service activities and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
-Train customer staff on proper equipment use, care, and best practices.
-Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, ensuring satisfaction and reliability.
What We Are Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who brings both technical know-how and strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate has:
-3+ years of experience in field service, technical support, or industrial equipment maintenance.
-Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, or automation systems.
-Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple assignments, and travel frequently.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted customer relationships.
-Proficiency with tools, diagnostic equipment, and reporting software.
-A mindset for safety, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time, field-based role that requires regular travel to customer sites — up to 60% travel is expected. Typical hours follow standard business schedules, but flexibility is needed depending on customer needs, site visits, and travel schedules.
