Co-design and lead the implementation of 360° digital marketing activations across Europe, ensuring alignment between omni-channel marketing strategy, business objectives, operational excellence, and market needs
-Co-design & Management of Digital Campaigns

-In partnership with functional experts (assortment, e-commerce, brand marketing) and the European marketing leadership team, co-develop the annual digital activation plan.
-Coordinate digital activations during key annual moments (KCP, product launches, commercial operations) to maximize visibility and impact.
-Adapt marketing briefs to digital, working closely with central teams (assortment, studio, CRM, UX, social, local markets) to ensure efficient and effective deployment in each country.
-Guarantee quality, visual consistency, and on-time delivery of all digital assets (emails, banners, landing pages, app content, etc.).
-Implement performance tracking of digital activations based on measurable objectives, with reviews at +15 days and detailed post-mortems after each campaign.
-Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

-Develop and monitor digital activation timelines with internal stakeholders (Studio, CRM, Media, Social, PR, Growth, Assortment, markets) to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of campaigns.
-Lead project meetings and steering committees with central teams and markets to prioritize, arbitrate, and move projects forward while ensuring alignment and satisfaction across markets.
-Act as the primary point of contact for markets on digital campaign execution, ensuring clarity, smooth operations, and efficiency.
-Optimization of the Digital Experience

-Contribute to the continuous improvement of online customer journeys (UX, SEO, conversion).
-Collaborate with UX/UI, Data, and Product teams to test, learn, and optimize activation performance in a results-driven, test & learn approach.
-Ensure proper deployment of digital marketing guidelines across touchpoints, guaranteeing a consistent and high-performing customer experience across Europe.
-Contributing to Brand Elevation

Profile

-Master’s degree (business school, university, or equivalent) with a specialization in marketing/digital
-Confirmed experience (8–10 years minimum) in digital marketing project management, ideally in retail or beauty
-Experience in multicultural coordination and project management within a matrix organization
-Strong sensitivity to brands, aesthetics, and customer-centric challenges
-Fluency in English is mandatory
