Are you an experienced pharmacovigilance professional with a strong quality mindset and a knack for operational efficiency? Your expertise might be just what we need in our QPPV office function to transform our pharmacovigilance system oversight into new digital solutions and further develop our Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF) maintenance.
Your new role
In this pivotal role, you will be supporting our QPPV and the QPPV Office Team through transforming and overseeing our pharmacovigilance system, maintaining our PSMF, and coordinating audits and inspections, including CAPA management. Our team is characterized by professionalism, collaboration and a friendly, fun-loving atmosphere, ensuring a supportive environment where you can thrive.
Global Patient Safety (GPS) Quality & Compliance (Q&C) is part of the GPS organization within Lundbeck R&D. GPS is responsible for the safety of patients using our medicinal products globally. We are approximately 100 dedicated colleagues working together in one global team across Denmark, Singapore, and the US.
The GPS Q&C department is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, quality standards, and best practices in pharmacovigilance across all GPS sites. We develop and implement metrics, maintain oversight of Lundbeck’s pharmacovigilance system, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain compliance. In the months to come, we will embark on an exciting project to “make quality easy” by simplifying our Quality Management System across R&D.
The position is based in Valby, Denmark.
